One star is been generous. Spent over $4,000 on a machine from this place. Despite promises to service the machine, our calls and emails are always ignored.Buyer beware they will sell you an expensive machine but wont service or repair it. Best look elsewhere!!!

After being told they could service our Gaggia Classic it stayed there for a number of weeks. We were told the parts were not available and then it was unable to be serviced due to its unusual size. Upon returning home with it I ordered the back flush disk for $8 from Sydney and with the assistance of a Youtube clip I serviced it myself. Now working brilliantly.

Great service and quick delivery! Brought and Airscape 1kg classic storage container and some beans. Packaging was excellent as they used environmentally friendly box filler made of this cool cardboard webbing good job!!

Extremely disappointed drove up from Nowra on a Saturday as their opening hours advertised open until 1pm. Arrived at 1145am and closed!! While sitting in car searching for another shop to go to saw others also trying to enter the shop.

Having always bought my coffee from cafes, I’m a total newbie at this whole at-home caper. Daniel was so patient, enthusiastic and helpful. The products showed up within a few days and I was given heaps of clear direction about how to use everything. Saving myself a fortune and I’m really enjoying being more capable, not to mention the smell of my home has improved. Well done guys. Great job.
