I phoned them up to get a price/quote for a truck load of water to my house. Lady on the phone asked me the address, I told her the street name and area, she asked for the specific number of the house, as I was trying to explain to her that the houses are not numbered on our street she got impatient and her response was 'I'm not interested' and she hung up the phone. All I wanted was a quote to get a truck load of water delivered to fill our tanks. Spending my money elsewhere :)

Inconsistent, water delivered to my property with no problems or qualms 3 months ago now when trying to organise another load I am told No because my driveway is too steep? which is it Samford water carriers - does it depend on who picks up the phone or delivers? because I know the previous house owners received water from you for many years.

Robert and Helen are great. Always really fast service and they have looked after us for close on 20 years. If you need water you will not find a better service in the area.
