I HAVE TO BE HONEST! After reading some reviews, I was quite nervous to come here. However, the way they took time to carefully do my nails was so great. They really did listen to my demand and satisfied it!

They are boss, always do the best job no matter what I ask for. Highly recommend.

This is one of the better salons I've been to in Hobart since I moved here 3 years ago. The staff are friendly and will acknowledge you the minute you walk in. Prices are reasonable I guess for Tasmania in general (Sydney is much cheaper!). Their work can be a hit and miss depending on which technician works on you and how busy they are.Most times they do a fantastic and thorough job, other times they've cut corners and rush so it ends up a poor job. I feel this happens when they are very busy so I would recommend that you avoid coming in at high traffic times (11am-2pm most days) as this does seem to compromise the quality of their work. Not to say that this should be the case anyway, busy or not, we all pay for quality.If you have any issues with your nails, do address it with them. They seem to be understanding and will fix it for you right away. They are quite friendly about it.I would ask for Trin when it comes to manicures, Chao for pedicure, Tee for shellac etc. They are no doubt thorough and a perfectionist with nails. Ati is also lovely and great with that too.They are open on Saturday (though I actively avoid this day as super busy) and Sunday for anyone who is curious.Overall, I would recommend them based on my experiences.

Very nice there. When I told them it was my daughter's birthday they gave her a little extra. Good selection of colours. Prices are affordable.

Terrible...didn't know how to use massage chair. Cut my toes three times and then charged me $40 after I said no more and was there 15minutes. I couldn't finish pedicure because of this service. Don't go there.

Wouldn’t go again. I felt the person doing my nails was bit rude when I asked for a different colour for one nail and she kept talking in their language with her colleague. Also charged me extra for getting a different colour. Would have been helpful if she warned it would cost me extra. No professionalism.

Not a great experience. She first went to drill off my existing shellac (!) and then the new shellac she re-applied chipped off the next day. I will be waiting until I can go back to Modern Nails in Melbourne where the skill level is much better and nails are perfect, lasting 4 weeks or more before any chipping.

I needed to get my nails done before the first day of my new job. Went in as walk-in and hoped they would be able to accomodate me. The staff were super cute and personable. The massage chair was soooo relaxing and the way their hands moved on your limbs was super duper nice!!!! I’ve never had my nails done in Professio Nail before, however, this experience in HOBART branch completely met my demand. Thank you so muchhhh for that!!!
