I was fortunate enough to be recommended the pre-purchase auto inspection service. Luke was knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful.I purchased a vehicle from interstate on the basis of this inspection. In addition to the report Luke followed up with a phone call and gave me an in depth description of all noteworthy items.I would recommend calling as well as making online booking as this is small business and I believe Luke makes arrangements for all bookings as well as the handling the technical side.Great after sales as well,100% satisfied with the job

Luke provided an extremely professional service at a very good price when I had my alternator replaced today. We were not at home and he was able to come on within a short time to get it done which is fantastic so we can get home. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I would 100% use his service again. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.

Luke and his assistant came out at short notice and fixed the problem with my car. He was in constant communication with me from yesterday till this morning, about when he would arrive. He was polite and well mannered over the phone and in person. I highly recommend this business, price was affordable and it was handy to know that there were several payment options in place.

I was recommended to contact Luke at Green Bean Auto by a mechanic in Newcastle.I live in Brisbane but was buying a car that was located in Newcastle and needed a mobile mechanic to inspect it.Luke has outstanding communication skills and demeanor and he was very thorough in his work. He took heaps of photos of the car and called me to talk through his findings from the inspection.Even the seller was grateful to connect with Luke and told me that she would engage him in the future for her automotive repair/servicing needs.I highly, highly recommend Green Bean Auto and Luke!
