Sadly Bunnings is in enormous entity and you don’t have a choice, but to use Bunnings on a regular basis, but you do have the choice of which location you go to my experience at Claremont store. Today was less than ideal interacted with six or seven different team members to Greece, and just chatting about the weekends and couldn’t be bothered to even look up one young lady who scoffed at my request either the product knowledge I had no customer service ability whatsoever. I had to Corner a gentleman at the checkouts to get a response I was actually worthwhile, but he just direct me back to where I started from, so he was just going to be a circular frustration really poor experience. Today. I was lucky because several staff members not only displayed a friendly attitude and listened to my questions ,they also helped me to find the items ,I was looking for. I am saying this because several months ago, I went to this Bunnings Claremont at half hour before closing time. There were very few staff so finally I found one ,on the first floor. I asked this man in which isle there was the item I was looking for. His answer was this sorry

I have visited this Store on quite a few ocassions and would like to comment on how impressed I have been with two of the Staff in particular, Gaz and Kai, Oskar. Whenever I have required help with a Product etc they have both been extremely helpful and nothing is too much for them. Their Customer Service is nothing short of Outstanding

Four staff members standing at the counter dealing with one customers problem. I waited patiently at the counter for service before going to a different register where I wasn't even greeted with a hello... Finding the staff attitude in this store has changed, definitely not the friendly helpful bunnings advertised.

I just received the best customer service from Jack. I was having trouble removing the plastic film from a new set of scales and he spent a solid block of time helping me. What I thought would be an easy job turned out to be a massive pain and I would not have been able to do it on my own. Thanks so much Jack, and good job Bunnings for your excellent customer service.

A little different in that the store is over 2 floors and as such a little different but everything was there and the centre is also full of other shops . Even coffee so you can spend a lot of time there.
