Reasonably priced for families. The establishment was inviting and clean. Staff were absolutely amazing and cleared plates away quickly. I've taken 2 stars off as some of the roast chicken" pieces were extremely under cooked to the point that red blood dripped off a piece."

With the membership price, it's value for money. Staffs are friendly. Food selections are less but with the discounted price and Monday kids are free, I cannot ask for more, done a good job. Will go back again, nice environment.

Beautiful buffet on Sunday lunch! We enjoyed the food and specially the desserts! Wow! It was outstanding and beautiful dessert. Me and my family didn’t expect anything like this. My kids loved the rainbow cheesecake and cupcakes, yum! Thank you

Our group of five visited for the Saturday Buffet. As members, we were charged $30pp. We liked the Asian/Thai dishes and the Grilled Salmon.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I decided I would take my husband and give this place a shot. I had been there years ago and got food poisoning so was scared to go back. But I went anyway to find some issues! 1. Was a bit overpriced. 2. Someone vomited in the main area which had to be cleaned up. 3. Halfway through my meal my stomach began to churn and I felt immediately sick and couldn’t finish eating. I wasn’t able to hold any of the food in which indicates something about the food just wasn’t right. My husband had to spit out the pork as it was rubbery and had a metal taste to it which indicates it could have been off. The roast beef tasted nice… but to be sick a second time going here, something is not right! Also there wasn’t even any ice in the soda machine….. 100% never coming back here again.

It took 2 buses and almost 2 hours, the bus was 14 minutes late and we hit just about every red light and I was starving when I got there.When I left, you could not wipe the smile off my face, that was a heavenly buffet, almost god tier.2nd best buffet I have been to by quite a margin, and it was only $20, membership is free, I can't even imagine how awesome the dinner's must be, I will sometime next month.The amount of variety and options of food available is incredible, another lady spoke to me saying how impressed she was as well, every answer was a very ecstatic I Know!I will have pictures up on my google review/profile with everything I was able to have including a brochure with their different weekly night specials.Tuesday Taco's & Friday Parmigiana night sounds awesome.Loved the crackers and cheese with the cold meats available cheese, classic!Lots of different cultures and international types of food in both hot box section and in other the other sections.And if you are a dessert lover they have a lot to choose from and they are very creative with some of their creations.I only interacted with a couple of staff members but they were both friendly and were happy to help me with any questions I had.10/10

To be welcomed and to be made a part of their family. Hotel Richlands offers much more then it's accomodation. It has a casino, car park space and they have something that brings people together, it's there buffet food which not only affordable but has a variety of delicious food made with love and with its high level of professionalism. It'll leave you to come back for more.

Nice food for the price. $35 all you can eat buffet. Let down with no coffee or tea options. Extra cost from the bar area. Must book in advance. Highly recommended for family.

Buffet is ideal for families! We dined in the buffet restaurant for lunch today as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). Very impressed with the EXCEPTIONAL customer service of female staff member whose name starts with a K. We're a very covid safe family with at risk members and it was our first time dining out in a long time. At the time of booking, the aforementioned staff member went above and beyond to organise a corner table for us and called me back to confirm details that put us at ease.. The food was delicious with a great variety and something for everyone including vegetarians like us Our son had the best time and my partner (who has never been a fan of buffets) said he too was impressed. Overall a great experience. Management, please give recognition to K for her attentiveness, friendliness, professionalism - and 5 star service.

All you can eat buffet was fantastic. Food was delicious, and there was plenty of it. Well worth the money.Amazing selection of desserts too. So glad i gave this place a go for dinner. Will definitely be back again soon.
