I have never had an issue with this KFC and trust me - we are way too much of it! Lol. I have always had the order correct, food good and the expected quality. Also the customer service has been good - as you would expect at a fast food restaurant. Recommend.

Had a special night with my wife, my daughter and her partner before my wife and I travel to Japan in May.It seems that there are Japanese restaurants springing up everywhere these days, but there tends to be a sameness about the dining experience in these restaurants. Kitami breaks the mould.

Though I did not ever expect this to really happen to me, I will say it.The food is great, chips are hot and salty. I wish there were a little more generous on the popcorn chicken in their go-buckets.But this review serves another purpose, as it is one of mourning, today, I lost my sunglasses.Sounds stupid to write a review because of it, but I'm the emotional type, I had emptied my bag and I forgot my sunglasses on the counter.I don't think they have lost and found.They will be missed.

I came to kfc at lavington square because the other kfc in lavington was extremely busy. It was 4.30 in the afternoon & even tho they were not busy I did have to wait 20minutes for my order. I ordered 2; 3 piece box extra seasoning on the chips. The chicken was terrible & soggy; the oil from the boxes leaked over my good jacket. The chips had no extra seasoning! I am extremely disappointed. I have had no problems there in the past. But lack of listening skills seems to be a hard skills for many young people in customer service. Maybe next time I might be lucky & get a bag to carry my order in & save money on a dry cleaning bill.
