Waited for at least a week to review. Ronnie has done a great job at repairing the toilet with hidden cistern - the water wouldn't stop flowing. He was very professional and came in on time (considering that the issue occurred late night). Service was pricey (unfortunately we weren't able to get the first time customer discount even though i mentioned on the call as per website instruction) however he got the job done. Thank you Ronnie for your help!

Prices are extremely expensive. Almost $6000 for a basic hot water system replacement.After the job was cancelled by the agent I was charged almost $2000 for the call out and restock (?) fee.Another local specialist came by this afternoon and competed the replacement for $2200 for a better hws unit and completed the job in 45 minutes.
