Providing a real ETA and updating your customers re the COVID test debacle would avoid these negative reviews. Ordered Jan 8th, money taken same day, nothing since - no email, no product. At least give us the option for a refund as we've found alternatives since your Groupon deal"..."

I emailed Jerome directly a number of times about the Rapid Tests with no response. My order from very early Jan is nowhere to be seen or heard of. Osmosis phone number seems to go nowhere - this seems to be just a scam. Avoid!

I have bought a covid test the 12th of January and I haven't got any email from this company confirming the payment or even letting me know when they are planing to ship the item. I have tried to call couple of times a week after my purchase and the phone goes straight to voice message. I have found out on facebook there is a lot of people complaining about them. DON'T GET ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I have had years of great service from Osmosis Advertising. Over the years they have supplied me Golf Umbrellas, Bluetooth Speakers and even helped with a custom display for a Launch of a new product at a show. If they promise you a delivery date and a time it is kept ****** 6 stars for service and support and great new innovative products. Well done Team Osmosis keep it up and thanks for the great caps and T Shirts we received last week.

Finally cancelled my order for RATs - communication was so poor from the get go. I understand there are supply issues however it became ridiculous, with the promise of twice weekly comms with updates which never happened. They then changed the order from saliva ones to nasal - I ordered because I required saliva ones for my kids. It has just been a poor experience - up your communication game.

I ordered and paid for 48 RAT tests from Osmosis on the 06/01/22. To date I am yet to receive the tracking #, let alone the actual product. I've sent emails to the contact there (Jerome) requesting an update to the situation but no responce. I tried calling the supplied phone # but it appears to be bogus? I have placed a request for refund through paypal and do not recommend anyone purchasing from this company.
