Need It Assembled

Mark did a fantastic job in assembling our buffet. He was punctual, professional, assembled it in in one fifth of the time it would have taken us, plus saved on divorce costs!. Well recommended

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!This entire experience was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I did not engage the services of Mark but a local business had paid for his services on behalf of my husband and I.Mark was more than 2 hours late to our original confirmed time and expected my husband to wait at home until Mark could get to our home, but Mark could not provide a time at which this might occur. We totally understand that people get caught up and flexibility is needed. However, the issue wasn't about rescheduling but how rude and patronising Mark was to my husband over the phone.When Mark finally arrived at our home he was extremely aggressive and intimidating. When Mark approached the door I kindly asked him to take his shoes off due to health reasons. Mark verbally grunted at my request and then stepped into my home by physically barging his way in. If I had not stepped back Mark would have physically run into me. I asked Mark to respect the way in which our home operates to which I was told to 'calm down'.Mark did not respect our home and would thrash and bang his things around.Neither myself nor my husband will be engaging with Mark's services in the future.
