Always get my order wrong, add extras to order and they never add them I just waste my money. Every-time I have ever came in they just mess everything up. Food soggy, lost items, no parking, rude employees. Saw the manager on duty telling the employees to just not add chips to my order cause they didn’t have any for the burgers but I wasn’t refunded or reimbursed. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

We waited 15+ minutes for a small order whilst we watched the many people on simply stand around. When we received the order it was completely wrong, things were missing and we received things that we didn’t order and on top of that it was completely cold! Went back and told them of their mistake and asked them to remake it despite eye rolls and complaints. The second time the food came out, the food was still wrong and soggy. Wasn’t even bothered to ask them to change it. At least the drinks were alright. Stay away from here!

The absolute worst KFC (apart from Mittagong) do not go here! Brown lettuce and hair in food.I wish I could 1 star again but I can't. Gave it another go and still the absolute worst.

Waited close to 30 mins for food while in drive through. Requested that the chips be hot, good news is they were bad news is they were undercooked and there was no salt on them. The original chicken burger was drier than a dehydrated mango with a pea size amount of mayo on the bun. Unfortunately this experience isnt a 1 off. The staff are always very friendly, and it seems they must be terribly understaffed. Head office should put more attention into the importance of staffing, instead of throwing them in the deep end with minimal training.

Every time I go to KFC Moss Vale I am always greeted with wonderful service and hot food. The establishment is always clean and welcoming, there are wireless charging ports on the long table which we find very convenient. My food is always prepared quickly, and my chicken is well cooked and my chips are crispy. There are many bad reviews for this store but I believe these servers deserve another chance as they are wonderful, they're nice and welcoming.

Thought surely they can't be as bad as Mittagong KFC. Thought wrong. Times when I missed getting sauce they gave extra which is nice but doesn't make up for the shocking times ordering here. Ordered 3 burger boxes, each with a piece of chicken (see photos, if you can even find the chicken) & all 3 burgers had close to no sauce on them. On a separate occasion had a burger again with almost 0 sauce & ordered 6 pieces of chicken for $16.95. Paid for 6, received equal to 5 pieces of chicken. So I got ripped off a good $3.45 there as that's how much 1 piece costs nowadays. Completely UNACCEPTABLE! I suggest KFC sells boxes of the tiny pieces of chicken as a separate menu item & cheaper than regular chicken pieces, so when someone orders a meal with chicken or just chicken, they get the regular pieces by default. I also suggest basic customer service, would you employees pay $3.45 per piece of chicken in these photos? No! So don't suggest we customers are less than you.

I know it's only early days and every business has teething problems.Waited nearly 25 minutes to order in the drive through, then a further 15 minutes at the pick up window, where the window was left open, the amount of chicken pieces and rubbish on the floor was incredible, surely this must be an OH and S issue.The car park is ridiculously small, I'm not sure how people can reverse out of the the place they have parked when the drive through line is stopping them.I really hope the KFC can get their stuff sorted, because at the moment it's pretty ordinary.

I have done the sneaky kfc lunch or cheeky dinner on the way home and I get original twister or crispy and I have to say the salad is on point it’s fresh and crunchy,there is a decent amount of sauce not too much not too little and the drive thru staff are always lovely thank you guys for you’re great job feeding me ☺️

Arrived at drive thru- No eftpos cash only.After rustling up enough cash to order, then told there was a 20 min wait for chicken.Felt like we were an inconvenience to them. Answers to request to add an item to the order was 'Um, ok, if you want to'Drove on through and left to get a pizza instead.
