Fantastic service. My little dog was sick early Saturday morning. I called 4 out of hours service and these were the only ones that called back straightaway and got me into a clinic almost immediately. They were really responsive and my dog is in the best care.

Dreadful. Despite assurances of 24 hour service, no one would help to put down our collapsed dog. We had to do the unthinkable. It was raining, so does that mitigate duty of care and make them say it was an occupational health and safety risk?!! Unforgivable.

This veterinary practice is responsible for the long term care of my elderly pony who has Cushing's. I find them to be very helpful and Tom who is the vet who attends to my pony, is knowledgeable and capable. Based on my experiences with them, I happily recommend their horse veterinary services

Have been taking our puppy to the Mirboo North branch since we got her nearly a year ago and found the vets and staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They obviously love animals and their jobs. Would highly recommend them from my past experiences.

Brilliant Group with dedicated Vets and support staff, Had a few surgeries performed by this clinic on our Dogs and the care and compassion mixed with professionalism made all visits a stress free and simple occasion.Very reasonably priced for the high level of service too.

Recently phoned for a quote on a standard 2rd vaccination for a pup and Caitlyn the receptionist was so uncooperative and couldn't give me a definite price saying I'm not sure. She was very short and abrupt. Not good for new prospective clients.

Very caring, professional staff. Recently had to let one of my dogs go. He said their were 2 options, one was a lot of expensive tests that would more than likely just confirm the obvious. He could have made heaps off me, but was very honest and options 2 was treated with great care and dignity. Never would take my furry family anywhere else. Oh, the reception lady was a very professional and genuinely caring person at a very hard time for me. Thankyou to all the team there!
