JR Automotive go the extra mile. So far have had them fix my cracked head on my GU and diagnose engine issues on my SP20. A passion and knowledge of cars is evident with all of the staff. I think I've found the honest mechanic I was looking for.

I have to say this is the best mechanic workshop I have every walked into my entire life with my mum! Jeff and his team here at JR automotive have done an amazing job servicing my car (Kermit the green frog) for the last year and a half. If there was anything that needed to be fixed or replaced I was notified of that and Jeff ordered parts for my car straight away. As soon as parts arrived Jeff or Sarah always called me and booked it in as soon as he had a day available. They are an amazing and friendly team! Highly recommend! A worker from this shop tried to sell me a car with what most likely would be a forged RWC. This car was all patched up underneath. A lot was touched or replaced. But some jobs were really not well done. the car had a lot of leaks and so many other problems that on my pre-purchase check I was told the car wouldn't even get a RWC as it was.He just wasn't transparent about this car. I felt like I wasted time and money on something that could have been avoided

Great mechanical and public relations service. I am very discerning as regards mechanical services---I am sticking with JR. I even send my wife and family here! Trustworthy, knowledgable and all round good service.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jeff and the team at JR Automotive. After being caught out a very long way from home and being incredibly discerning about who I entrust to work on our Subaru, our experience with JR in a time of need was wonderful. Jeff was able to squeeze us in last minute on a busy day to help us get back on the road and home. I found everyone to be incredibly professional, honest and the workmanship immaculate. Highly recommended for fastidious Subaru owners, or anyone really who values integrity and trustworthiness from their mechanic.
