My Dentist at Cannon Hill

Kid friendly dentist. My daughter likes this dentist. Thanks for the freebies.No good at all.I have been my dentist cannon hill over 3 years for my daughter's dental check-up. And it was the first time for myself made an appointment on 22 dec for filling a tooth which broken off a bit when I chewed some tough food.Anyway went there my booking time, I waited a bit and saw the dentist. She checked up and had 2 x-rays on the tooth it costed around 150. But she said she couldn't do filling job, not enough time on the day(I was there before my booking time) and asked me visit again and she would fill the gap temporarily for now it would cost around 250 and proper filling would cost around 400 again. AND THE NEXT AVAILABLE DATE would be 28th January, over 1 month later. Haha..... I couldn't believe what kind of system on this dentist. Because I already told them what I need for my tooth when I booked. I clearly said I need a feeling for a tooth but she didn't fill my tooth on the day and tried to make me come back over 1 month later. Then I needed pay additional fee around 250 for the temporary filling...So, I paid for the checkup and x-ray fee and came back home and called to other dentists and got a filling on the tooth and it costed a lot cheaper(around 350 including another checkup fee) than what I heared from my dentist cannon hill.I found my dentist cannon hill's system wasn't smooth at all, so busy or couldn't organise time well and tried to make me pay unnecessary cost. I wouldn't go there again or recommend.P.s. transfering xrays was hard job here. Other dentist recommended me ask them to send an e-mail transfer form but this dentist said I should visit there for it so I went back to the dentist and filled up the xray transfer form. And it wasn't smooth job too. I contacted the dentist over 3 times for receiving the xrays. Hard hard hard.

Tony has just completed major dental reconstruction for me, with spectacular results. I couldn't possibly be happier. Tony and his staff are very professional and caring, as they have always been over the last four years. Thanks Tony

I would strongly recommend this practice especially for kids - Dr Preston saved the day! I wanted to give a 10 stars review if possible. Also I want to give special thanks to the reception ladies who are very caring and considerate, making me feel like family.My 6 years old daughter had multiple cavities and to start with we went to Kids Dental and My Braces with Dr P Y Lai whose service is totally overpriced and unfriendly. They requested to put my daughter under the GA (general anaesthetic) because Dr P Y Lai and his staffs thought my daughter didn’t co-operate. The reality is these Doctors worked in Kids Dental and My Braces were lack of patience and individual care. I insist that I don’t want put my 6 yrs old under GA because I knew she can cope and manage if only their staffs can be more gentle and patient with her but Dr Lai refused and threaten not to see her if we disagree with GA.Luckily I found My Dentist At Cannon Hill – Dr Preston who gives me hope and the care we have been longing for. Dr Preston solved the problem that cant be solved by a paediatric specialist. He is extremely caring, patient, talented dentist who put children in to ease. He helped to fix all the bad cavities including a space management crown and throughout the process my daughter were very happy and there is no GA involved. (this clearly proofed Dr P Y Lai was incorrect about his statement) As mums, we knew what our kids.In terms of the cost, I was only charged for 1/3 of the price that Kids Dental and My Braces with Dr P Y Lai quoted me for. I can really tell the quality of service provided by Dr Preston and his team is superb at My Dentist At Cannon Hill. If you have a fussy kids with multiple dental problems – I would strong recommend you come to see Dr Preston!

Dr Tony Wu is an incredible and trustworthy dentist. His expertise, knowledge and genuine care for his patients put him above the rest by far. Being a patient of Tony's, I continuously receive comprehensive and thorough dental care which is extremely difficult to find. In addition to Dr Tony's exceptional care, the staff are just as wonderful and caring making each visit very pleasant. Easily a #1 Dental Practice in my opinion and I would highly recommend seeing Dr Tony for all dental treatment

I've been seeing Dr Tony and the staff at My Dentist at Cannon Hill for my dental check ups for over 3 years. I've always been very impressed by their level of professionalism and their advice with regard to caring for my teeth. I've recently had a bridge put in and Dr Tony did everything to ensure it was perfect and I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic dental clinic that was recommended by a friend. Dr Tony and the team are professional and friendly. I have had veneers and wisdom teeth removed done by Dr Tony and am very happy with the result! I felt supported throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend the clinic enough! 10/10

I had an appointment to get a check up with Dr Preston and he was really professional and went through all the procedures with excellent explanation.I ended up having to get a wisdom tooth pulled out and the last time I had to get a tooth pulled out from another dentist it was so bad but thankfully I found a good dentist now.

Very grateful that I was referred to MDCH by my orthodontist to see Dr Tony - he is an excellent dentist and has a fantastic team. Over the years I have also seen the lovely Dr Marianna, and now Dr Preston who is very calm, gentle and informative. I used to fear going to the dentist, but have only had positive experiences at MDCH! All the staff are warm and welcoming, the dentists are very patient, professional and genuinely care which makes such a difference. I trust the team to look after my teeth and highly recommend.
