This place is shocking. I encountered this lady who behaves like it’s a privilege for customers to be there. Very rude and no help would be given she said when I asked some suggestions on plants.If she would have looked up my account on my how much I spent last time, she will realise she lost all further business from me.Plenty nurseries around who are willing to bend backwards, spend your money there

The manager Karlee is extremely rude and unhelpful - on every occasion I have been here.There is hardly any stock to choose from.There are OHS issues, trays blocking the walkway which I tripped over, but I didn't bother to tell anyone while I was there as I didn't want to be belittled again by your staff.

Although our initial interactions were unpleasant (very rude and unhelpful staff member) the most recent trip was much improved. Very nice and helpful staff new staff member! Great range and good quality plant material.I noticed that many others reviewers have had the same unpleasant interactions with one staff member who is hopefully no longer working there.

Excellent staff, Fabulous range of quality plants at good prices and the level of professionalism has improved so much in the past 12 months. Really efficient ordering now and stock service for orders of all sizes. Thank you guys - I know I always like to throw you a curved ball for different weird items too - and nothing is too much trouble. Love it here

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. I travelled 3 hours roger there today. I have never been treated as badly in terms of customer service - ever in my life as badly as Melanie did today. What a nasty woman. Clearly the other staff were frightened of her so she obviously bully's the staff as well as the customers. Management you have had a lot of staff changes with the move but you clearly employed in haste with that one. Ask yourself how much damage can someone like that do to your business.

Great range incl mature trees, helpful friendly staff, excellent prices. Plants are kept healthy. Would like to see more natives, but it's a good start.
