Just had a wardrobe installed. Great job and good value. All the staff were easy to deal with and provided very professional service. Would recommend to anyone.

I have had custom designed and made built-in robes, panty and linen cupboards with sliding doors from Eastcoast Ultimate over the past 10 years. The products, the price, the workmanship and professionalism have been excellent on each occasion. Their communication and accomodation to my needs are brilliant, the professional ism of their installation staff above and beyond. No hesitation in recommending them, and intend having more work for them in the future:)

New misleading management. We just had 2 Built-in wardrobes put in by Shane at Eastcoast Ultimate. The communication from this company is excellent. They are a very easy & well organised company to deal with.The reason I chose Eastcoast Ultimate initially was because they offer above average very well made doors at affordable prices. They also have a showroom at Nowra that you can pop in & view all of the doors which made ordering easy. Also their website is very good to actually view past jobs that they have completed.I'm hugely impressed with the finish of the wardrobes & the initial service provided by Steve who did our measure & quote & then by Shane who did our install & is very talentedhas impeccable attention to detail – even the corking is perfect!We couldn’t be happier with how beautiful the wardrobes look & how well they are put together. So very happy with my wardrobes, and in fact, the whole process from start to finish. From the first point of contact, everyone is polite and professional. I was also impressed at the very reasonable cost; thinking my requirements might run into many thousands, I was pleasantly surprised by the final invoice.Highly recommended and will be using again for TV cabinets in the future.

I recently used Eastcoast ultimate for the custom make and fit of built in wardrobes in my home. From the very start they have been extremely professional and friendly. Our wardrobes are of the highest quality and look amazing! Unfortunately i don't know names of the installer or person who measured up but i can say that everyone at this business (including reception staff) have been a pleasure to deal with. After waiting almost 3 months this company cancelled my order 1 day prior to agreed installation date claiming that material was not available to complete the job for at least 1 more week. I tried to negotiate an amicable arrangement which included selecting a material which they had in stock. Instead my wife and I were both shouted down and accused of bullying by the owner. Not a nice experience - these people do not deserve to be in business they have no idea of customer service.I have just seen your response:From October 24 to December 16 is in excess of 7 weeks, not 5 I suggest that you check your records and the calendar.A 2.4mt x 2mt door on a cupboard is a small component - sorry I cannot agree with thatPlease telll your office lady" that trying to stalk me on Google+ will not get her anywhere as I have blocked her and reported it."

Was extremely impressed with the service I received from sales person Gary, to any additional queries I had fulfilled from Jason in the office to the installer Garth. Am very pleased with their efforts and would highly recommend Eastcoast Ultimate to everyone.
