Lida Zannier - ENERGY HEALING - COUNSELLING - REIKI

I recently completed the level 1 Reiki course with Lida. Her teachings and years of knowledge and experience were without a doubt invaluable. I'm really looking forward to completing level 2 and learning more from Lida's wonderful collection of teachings and guidance.

I'm not sure if words can do justice to the incredible work that Lida does. Lida is such a warm, empathetic and kind human. During a session with her you will truly feel heard, which i found to be such an important part of my healing. She is able to put things into perspective and give you the tools to see things from another angle. For someone like me who is highly sensitive, Lida is the perfect match if you want to heal in a safe and welcoming environment. Thank you Lida – I am sure I will be seeing you again someday

I had my first session with Lida yesterday and was blown away with how beautiful, intuitive and direct our session was. Lida makes you feel heard, comfortable and really gets to the 'river beneath the river'. I am really looking forward to having regular sessions with Lida and I would recommend Lida to anyone and everyone who is wishing for an all encompassing healing of the mind, body and soul.

Thanks to the sessions with Lida, I am now able to better cope with life situations that use to overwhelm me in the past.I attended the Reiki one workshop and as a result I now feel that I am better able to understand people.
