Very disappointed with the service and responsibility to do the job correctly. I asked him to change the backing plates on my caravan brakes. I was told that it was the cheapest way to fix them. He rang after the job was done and said it was going to cost $1000 now because he had trouble with them and had to spend more time and wanted it done right. I wasn't happy when I needed to take my caravan to another business to get them readjusted as they weren't working correctly.When I questioned him about the hand brake adjustment he said I could fix that easy enough.

After seeking quotes to fit a tow bar to our Rav 4 in Geelong and Ballarat Tony from Go Towin’s quote was way cheaper and as he had been recommended by an acquaintence we decided to go with him. His service was exemplary. The finished product was beyond expectations! Highly recommended! More than worth the drive from Geelong to Ballarat!
