Brilliant store crammed full of both bbqs and gas log fires plus plus plus.Ron is the owner and ALWAYS very attentive and having been in the business fir 30 plus years knows everything there is to know about his products. He’s honest, sincere, with a GREAT sense of humour and highly professional when it comes to AFTER SALES SERVICE.If you want good, old fashioned service, coupled with integrity and knowledge, I highly recommend you speak with Ron.

Staff very helpful and got my BBQ order sent up to me with no fuss. I am 10 hours away and did have to wait a few months for everything but that was no fault of the store. Times we live in....Very happy with end product. Thanks Frances and Rachel

Not happy that I paid $2,000 for a bbq to be connected to natural gas and it doesn’t work. Perhaps honestly in staff and the products would be helpful

I purchased my Ziggy bbq two burner for the Cannington store in WA . Couldn’t be happier with the BBQ it does everything I need lots of heat easy to use . Costumer severs at this store was horrible though it was pretty much what do you want stuff , I would recommend the BBQ highly but go to another store that wants to help you .

Visited today to buy rotisery kit and some charcoal. Absolutely outstanding customer service, very kind and helpful. Shop smelt just like a BBQ shop should smell 10/10 guys
