Went into the Store at Munno Para saw Michael such a lovely guy Great Customer service for new Mattress and Base plus headboard nothing was rushed so happy with the serivce I received today 8/12/2022,I had walk into another Bedstore nearby and being the only person in the store got basically ignored while the sales girls chatted between themself so I left. and found Michael hoping no more shocking back pain.

Not a fan of their products, they tend to be flatpack type stuff that takes 5 people 2 days to put together.I would say that it's too cheap to be worth the effort.Delivery often negates the worth of the item.

After sales service is nothing short of amateurish and very poor. Have been trying to replace a faulty umbrella base which they keep making excuses to avoid the issue and talking to us as though we are stupid.I've been liaising with various staff members in store and their exchange office in Qld to which I have received the same pathetic service or none at all. This issue has been going on now for 4 weeks and we are still getting no where. Please be weary of this very poor so called furniture store. We even had to make an appointment to pick up the items we had origionally purchased as they said they were very busy. When we arrived at the warehouse, staff were standing around doing nothing with no other customers in sight. Will never shop at Amart again......

Great Staff and had exactly what I was looking for

Don’t normally post reviews. However, we were very happy with the service and greeted as soon as we walked in. We were assisted by Shane, he was honest, polite and helpful. We’re so pleased to have received great customer service, as we have been looking for the perfect lounge, and also found a dining set. Thank you so much, we will be back in the future.

Went to make my purchase here only to discover that four chairs in flat pack form approximately six minutes drive from the store would cost me $99 for delivery. I got a WAY better deal-& better service- elsewhere. I won’t be shopping here in future

Definitely more variety with its given size, the customer service is there if you needed, or not, but just in case, they will prod, but not in a bad way as they're quick to read the que. Very helpful though, thank you.

Terrible customer service and communication.On the 06/11/2021 I purchased the couch online & made part payment. It was estimated 8-9 week wait for availability.I had to call multiple times from January 2022 as I had not received any shipping update calls.Each time I called I was told another 2 weeks" however the product didn't arrive until 16/02/2022 (over 14 weeks since purchase).I had to go into the store to make a payment.I was not offered any discount on delivery or couch for my wait.I paid $99 for delivery.The tracking app for delivery did not register my couch & I instead received a call 30 mins before arrival. The delivery men placed the couch in the living room & did not unpack the item."
