Ted's Cameras Marion Westfield

Went in few months ago wanting my first proper camera in DSLR, was quite accurately put in right direction for mirrorless Canon M50 mark2 that was far more affordable for someone like me.Now my dedicated store and I look forward going back every time for the next addition to my new addiction (photography....).

Very expensive. 2 passport size photos cost me $19.95 and a soft copy to my email cost me another $10. If you need 4 passport size photos that would be $19.95 + $19.95. Go to Adelaide photo factory instead, 4 passport photos+ a soft copy to my email cost me only a total of $22. Not going back to Ted's.

Dealt with a nice worker, but probably wouldn’t recommend to any film camera users unless you have a lot of patience. was told it was a 2-3 week wait initially, had two last minute delays that resulted in 5 weeks.Second time development I was told a month, yet still received an additional last minute two week delay, past the written pick-up time on my receipt. Could do with better efficiency in setting realistic & manageable time frames for customers.

Was treated like an inconvenience when asking if my film was ready after a 2 week wait time. When receiving the images as scans the email didnt contain all the images. Requested the rest and the email had sorry i forgot where i was up to so i had to start again". Each image was sent as a seperate link as they dont use tools like dropbox.Please go to Camera house as they will get scans back to you in much less time"

Bought instant films a few weeks ago, faulty, the gentleman in the store help solve the problems. Very nice and polite staff.

The time taken for film, and not being notified was a bit disappointing as a first-time customer. Was originally told film would take 2-3 weeks to process, a month maximum. Patiently waited with no issues or queries at all, until it hit 5 weeks with no knowledge or contact as to whether my film was still being processed. Found out by going in store that the date had been pushed back another 5 working days due to a large back-log, which was completely fine once I knew this piece of information. Still no film, until halfway through week 6 of waiting. I have seen many similar reviews in recent weeks, and implore customers to maybe do a bit more research on stores before processing their film with TEDS Marion. Time efficiency, is a definite need to work on as well as how they handle their customers in circumstances such as these. The young staff were extremely lovely and kind to talk to, but more strategies could be put in place to improve this store and the waiting period for film.

Staff here are pretty good, offered to price match a product. Was a little disappointed to see the same item on sale for $50 less the next day but that’s just how it is

Bad service. Had to wait long to be served. The guy seemed to be irritated and in rush. If you have staff shortage, that is not a customer's fault. Passport photos quality was bad, so I had to have new ones at Post Office and pay there too. At Ted's cameras they charge you $20 for 4 passport photos and if you need a copy to be emailed to you, you have to pay extra $10.

Superb service. Rarely have I experienced such high quality and knowledgeable help. Thankyou sir!
