Easy Cool Air

I asked Easy Cool to go to my tenanted premises to clean/service 6 air conditioning units. They proceeded to send me a quote to have two units replaced - these units are still functioning. All I requested was servicing.I am selling these premises and they have alerted the tenant, who is my prospective purchaser, that these units may need replacing. I believe they have gone beyond what a professional company should do. They have also sent the quote for the replacement of two units directly to my tenant. Thanks a lot!

We contracted the services of Easy Cool Air to install a ducted air conditioning system in our home. I used Easy Cool Air to repair my aircon recently as they get a great rating on Google Review. They sent someone to my place and checked the aircon, and I asked their office to send me a quote for this repairs, and then, they emailed me that the faulty parts had been ordered and organised a time for the repairs and quoted there's no cost for this repairs.I received a phone call in the morning on the scheduled date and was told there's no one would come in the afternoon and no parts been ordered, and there's a $1000 cost if I would like to get my aircon repaired. I would appreciate if they could let me know a bit earlier so I didn't need to organise a day off for nothing. It was a very unpleasant experience for me. If anyone is going to use this company, I will recommend to double or even triple check with them for the quote and service.

I booked Easy Cool Air to clean and maintain my 4 split system AC units to get them summer ready. They were professional to deal with via email and over the phone and gave me a very accurate arrival time and called ahead to confirm their arrival. On site the boys were friendly, kept the place spotless and did an excellent job of servicing my AC units. Highly recommend this team for your AC needs.
