Best value for money gym. Genesis is the first gym I have been to and I was a bit nervous at the start, however the reception staff made me feel so welcome. They always welcome me by name and have helped with building my confidence.Genesis also provides a ladies only area which makes me feel very empowered to train there.

This is a pretty good gym. It's big, has lots of equipment, a range of programs and classes and decent facilities. The down side is that a lot of the equipment is starting to show its age and needs updating, fixing or replacement. The staff are nice enough but they basically don't interact with you unless there's a specific need (noting I don't partake of classes or fitness programs so I can't directly comment on that aspect). Can't argue with the value - my son and I share a membership for about $14 per week.

A 24/7 gym, one of the cheapest gym. signed up at $14.95/week for 2 person. One person is $9.95 per week. There are many workout machines you need. They even have female only gym areas. Classes available at selected times. Friendly staffs. What else can I ask for! Highly recommended.

One of the best value of gyms at the region. Good size. People are great. Most equipment are good condition. However, most of the track mills are quite old and some of them are not working for a while. Need attention.

Great gym with fantastic staff. All the staff have great “can do” attitudes and are always more than helpful in both the classes and gym equipment. The added bonus is their pricing for both students and adults.

I cancelled my membership in early November 2022 and I was assured that direct debit will be seized after a month (in line with the contract termination terms). However, two months later Genesis Boxhill is still charging me money fortnight via direct debit despite sending them number of emails about this - they have not responded or taken any action. Extremely disappointed with the service.
