Top quality and great service, highly recommend a big thumbs up

My husband & i went here today, they have a geat collection & quality items, however, the two old women were very rude & unsettling. One of them was following me around straightening all the hanger inch by inch, these women made us feel like criminals. We understand that is part of their job, but it made us feel very uncomfortable. They started to close up, without saying anything like, hi guys, we will be closing in 10 minutes. They were extra rude, when i said, oh sorry, i didnt realize, she just snubs & huffed. My husband is still very upset & angry at their attitudes. Shame on you ladies!! We actually had a good amount of money we were going to spend a n your shop, goes to prove, you shouldn't judged a book by its cover!! We were dressed in shorts & tees but that doesnt mean we do have money, felt a bit like Pretty women""!!"

Spent 2weeks in Port ,just arrived home had a fabulous holiday and spent $1,200 on clothes ,just love them ?Compared with other Port Douglas mens wear your clothes are priced well ?I will be back Thankyou the lady’s were so helpful my first visit ,so the next day I went back and bought more clothes,see you girls next year ,happy customer

You pay for what you get and you get great quality clothing both mens and women. You don’t see the clothing styles anywhere else. It’s a must when in Cairns and Port Douglas

Best tropical Store .... Love It.

The ladies at the Port Douglas store were amazing today. My partner and I both bought a shirt and we got chatting to the ladies and we told them we got engaged yesterday. While we were looking around they noticed us enjoying the smell of the candles so they gave us one as a gift.We are already regulars at Tommy and this kind of service is the reason why.

Friendly staff and great range of clothes

We purchased a couple of the TB beach chairs which we’re really happy with. The manageress of the store could not have been nicer-such a lovely lady. Wide selection of quality beach wear and other beach items right in the middle of Dougie.

Tommy Bahama is simply a fun shop to visit. They have a wonderful range of colourful clothes and shoes and it is a joy to be in such a wonderful, amazing place. The dacor is simply outstanding and they pay a lot of attention to the small details which make all the difference. The two ladies are very friendly and helpful. I love the colour range that they have and even though it is more upmarket, the prices reflect the quality. If you are not budget-conscious, then Tommy Bahama is the place to go!
