This place has become a favourite of ours. The food and atmosphere is great. The staff are also lovely. Couldn’t recommend it more!!!

Let me start by saying that the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich was very good. Which is what matters in an eatery. However… the customer service was a bit weird.Having had said sandwich through Uber Eats a couple of times, I decided to pick one up after visiting the bank. After placing my order, I was quoted $2 more than it cost through Uber. At this point I said “never mind, I'll just order through Uber”. The staffer then said that the order in house comes with chips, whereas the Uber version doesn’t.Okay… so there’s a different menu for Uber… but I’m still not a fan of chips, so I still said not to worry, I’d just order through Uber. She then said she could do it without chips, but neglected to tell me the price (I had to ask her how much in order to find out).I had to ask for the receipt too… and when I was given it, it had the price altered by pen, not printed. Understandable if it’s not normal to allow people to buy a sandwich with no chips, but it still left me feeling like it wasn’t an enjoyable experience.Would I return? No, and yes. I would not return to the premises, since they don’t normally let you buy a sandwich unless you buy chips. But I will be order through Uber Eats again.

Very disappointingAll the chicken dishes barely had any meat, it was dry and difficult to eat. We ordered the Nashville and buffalo wings, as well as the chicken bites.We ordered some other things too, and it also followed this same trend. Phillycheese steak, mozerella balls and steak box. Dry, flavourless and bland. And take my word, you must NOT order an eggs Benedict here.The only highlight was the momos, we had the fried ones.Also we went around midday and it took 40min for food to come out.My only issue is that this place claims to specialise in American food, but have everything but American food taste good. If they had a recommended section in their menu, had stickers on their menu to suggest the best seller/most popular on the menu or completely omit certain dishes that they arent proud of. It would improve customer satisfaction by a landslide. If we had just ordered Momo's for example, this would not be a one star review.

Tasty foods. I really love their Oreo shake. Nepali style chowmin, momo all good. Big sitting area and good service.

The food was amazing!! The chips and guac well the guac was good but the chips a bit stale. I had the chicken burger and definitely recommend. My partner had the loaded fries and the sauce and the chicken just perfect. 10/10 definitely recommend this place!

Glad to have tried this new burger place in town. We had the Cheese Steak Burger, Nashville Chicken Burger and Texas BBQ Wings which were all excellent - crispy yet juicy! Chips were perfect. Price was reasonable. We pretty much enjoyed everything here including their service! Definitely recommend 100%. Support local shops in the Gong!

Lovely staff who made sure I had a great seat and was comfortable with my food. The onion rings were super crunchy and the burger I had was top-tier. Highly recommend their milkshakes, too!
