Golden Thai Massage - Parramatta (Westfield Parramatta)

Massage was only ok. Maybe too hard. Ordered traditional thai Massage, but only did small amount stretching at the end. Told lady my neck and shoulders were particularly sore, but she disnt focus on those areas. Other staff were loudly chatting outside the curtain, so not as relaxing as it could be

Called to make appointment which was confirmed on phone. The man asked me if I preferred a male or female therapist. I opined my choice and they confirmed. On turning up the man says he wasn't the one who answered and i have to take what is available!!! Poor customer service!!! I am not going back

I am extremely pleased and impressed by their service. Bee - in particular was absolutely exceptional and highly experienced, with highly controlled strength and focused on areas that required attention. Thank you so much, I will be returning for sure!

I wanted a 90 min remedial massage but in total received only 60 min, the masseuse came 15 min late and then she went out in middle to attend incoming customers 4 times which was waste of my time. I can understand if there are customer coming to enquire but then what is the point of paying for 90 min and getting 60 min massage. I probably wont be going again and i feel customer should be aware.

Most unprofessional experience today. I’ve been coming here for years but today I saw that all the old staff have been replaced by new people. The massage itself was very good but the atmosphere was noisy and chaotic. The massage therapist had a phone that kept ringing. She kept answering phone calls herself or shouting instructions to someone outside handling the reception. She left the room 3 times to handle other matters and was sort of rushing around. She apologised for this but it didn’t change the fact that my whole experience was disjointed and chaotic. There appears to be either a change in management or a problem with staffing. Nevertheless, I was charged full price although the experience was unsettling and did nothing to help me relax from my stressful week. I highly recommend the management get their act together or warn customers of what to expect before they settle down on the massage table. Disappointing experience.

If you are looking to be given attitude, manhandled and aggressively poked and prodded please look no further. Kong started my experience with attempting to charge $99 for an $89 treatment. She followed by dragging her elbows against my spine and shoulder blades and finished with aggressively dragging a burning hot towel on my skin. Meanwhile she disappeared on multiple occasions for at least 5 minutes each time resulting in my one hour treatment being cut short to 45 minutes. I walked out having wasted an hour of my life, mild skin rash, more sore than I was on arrival and knowing I needed to share this review to ensure no other would have to endure what was easily the worst massage of my life. On the bright side, she kindly provided a heater on request.

I called to book an appointment on Sunday. I reached there before time. Matt who was in the reception was very welcoming and polite.Later, I had my session done with Amy. I did 45 min remedial massage focusing on my back. It was very relaxing. She made me feel comfortable and asked me if I wanted soft pressure or hard. I requested for medium to soft and it was beautiful.Thank you team for a good experience.
