I normally don’t write these reviews, but had to take the time to call out excellent service. James responded to phone calls and texts within the hour and was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He offered practical advice to resolve the issues I had in both bathrooms in my house and very reasonable prices for parts and labour. He showed up at the agreed upon time ready to work and ensured that there was no mess after he had remediated the issues. He was also very friendly, down to earth and easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family and will definitely be engaging his services in again the future.

I asked Jimmy to come take a look at my pool backwash pipe to see whether it could be diverted to a more hidden area, and he was able to come out to inspect the same day. He did a fantastic job installing the new pipes, checked in with me regularly to make sure I was happy and he left everything tidy. Fantastic customer service and communication and most importantly he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him!

We had an issue with the front tap leaking and that it had been installed incorrectly before we bought the property as it was connected to the mains. Jimmy came out and described exactly what was needed to be done. He was professional, very reasonable in price and he left our property the same way he found it. We also got him to fix a gas connection at the same time. I would recommend Jimmy to do any job and will definitely be making him our regular plumber for all our plumbing needs.

Jimmy saves the day!!! I had an unfortunate incident with a stump grinder hitting a water pipe. Jimmy arrived quickly and fixed the damage and moved the tap to make it more user friendly.
