Extremely happy with the service provided by Cortney. I went to this shop to buy a gift for my wife, by the time I reached to shop it was 5:15pm. Cortney explained me features of all the products she had to offer, she helped me in the process of what to buy. By the time I left the shop it was 5:45pm which was way beyond their closing hours. This shows the level of commitment towards providing excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Looked for my closest store on Google. Said Mt Druitt, next to Woolworths. Took the time to go there, park, walk into the shopping centre. Imagine my surprise when it was all boarded up. Came home, checked Google. Said it was open til 5pm today???

Spent a while trying to get there and turns out it's closed. It's not that hard to update this online and save people the hassle. Useless

I brought a flawless body raver for mothers day and tried it and it didn't shave my leg at all worse product ever. So rang mt Druitt and spoke to a lady about getting a refund and she told me my leg must have been to hairy and that why it didn't work. Telling I can't refund it because I'd use it.FYI love I will be getting refund because your I'm not happy with product. Worse customer service experience and won't be shopping there anymore.

Service was poor at best. Staff seemed more interested in chatting to security guards than assisting me as a customer, when I did get some help the girl was abrupt and not very helpful. Also the language this girl used in her conversation was disgusting.
