staff is very polite and talented too they calmly listen what we want nd do their best its been 15days i had my shellac nd m impressed they are going pretty well.

they told me they were able to do what i wanted, seemed nice at first and hard working, although made us wait quite a long time, once the time came near the end they didn't put on the colours i had specifically asked for multiple times and said no no no many times we can't do that for you and for some reason wouldn't let me and my friend get what colours and nail shape we wanted, they pretty much jsut did what they wanted and i am disgraced that they still made me pay for nails i didn't even want, i feel scammed... the photo below is what i wanted and what they actually gave me

Do not recommend - spa pedi was agonising and painful. Two days later and I still have pain.

I have been coming here for sometime now. Everyone is really nice, polite and friendly. I usually get shellac done and am pretty happy with the results which last me about a month!

BEWARE!!!!! I came in here with my niece to get shellac for me and a coat of paint for my niece. I specifically asked for shellac and they gave me a selection of colours to choose from, some shellac and some other cheaper brands. I selected a colour and asked by holding up the colour itself and saying CND number 30. When it came to painting my nails I thought the colour was off - then was able to get a proper look at the bottle after it was put down and noticed I had been given a cheap knock off. When raising this, I was told by who seemed to be the owner that I asked for black so was given black. I told him I didn’t, I asked for number 30 CND. The man I spoke to became hostile and told me I was trying to get something for free and that I come in every week and try to rip them off. I told the man I live in London and have never been in their salon. He didn’t once stop to listen, I was faced with interjections and hostility. The man was quite intimidating and aggressive. Avoid this place at all costs! Many other options nearby where you can just walk in without appointment but that actually care about their clientele.

worst SNS I have EVER had. lasted 1 week - two nails cracked within a day. after a week 4 nails have already chipped off completely. They only do 2 coats and the polish is cheap. The pedi was fine. shame about the SNS

I had not been there before and went in for a pedicure and acrylic nails infil.The women nearly took my toe off doing the pedi.The man did my nails - by day 2 they were all chipped, some broken and looking like I hadn’t had them done for weeks!I had acrylic over my cuticles, clumps under the nail ……. Do not go waste your money!

I was suggested this place by a friend as my usual nail salon had closed down. I will NOT be going back again. Although they were quick to serve me and complete my nails (I got shellac, and normal nailpolish removal), it was so painful and the colour did not match the swatch I picked. The lady doing my nails buffed off my cuticles instead of cutting them or even just pushing them back. Furthermore after 5 coats of the polish, you can still see my natural nail colouring through. :(

I have been attending Everspring Nail Salon for 7 years and although I have tried a few others I always return to then as my first choice.. I have had maybe two issues over that time, my issues have been rectified immediately. For high quality consistently good service, I definitely recommend Everspring!

Place had bugs on the table and was untidy and outdated. Made my nails uneven, messy and an undesirable length and overcharged!!
