I found the support & service I received from FTG Holden was second to none, I was looking at other Holden dealers, which dropped the ball one of them called me 24 hours after I had been in there and enquired about purchasing a new Holden SV6, Glen Waverley Holden needs to look at their service level. the other dealer was good at the start but the person I was dealing with had a day of, so he informed me he would get his finance person to call me which he did, but when I explained to him I was also looking at another dealer he said best of luck and hung up.From the first Instance I met Matthew Newton in new cars then he introduced me to Chris Ramsamy in Finance the car was bought, they made me feel comfortable in what i was doing, they explained everything to me that i needed to know, and made me want to purchase from them.I would definitely purchase from Ferntree gully Holden again maybe in another 4 yearsI recommend anyone looking for a Holden to go here the other Holden Yards are not in this League

We would like to extend our appreciation and thanks to the team: Joel, Michelle and Melissa in particular. We found the whole process of buying a new car for our daughter relaxed, no stress, and easily the best experience we have had purchasing a car. Joel spent time with our daughter explaining the features of her new car, and made her feel special with the presentation of her Barina. At no stage did we feel pressured and would highly recommend Holden at FTG.

Something just doesn't sit right! Always confident with Holden FG & the service they provided - until yesterday. Start of booked service went smoothly, until I received the call advising my tyres needed replacing asap as they were in unroadworthy condition. We went through details/ measurements but I couldn't understand how that could be! I got my tyres replaced elsewhere 6 months ago and I hardly drive now. So who was telling me porkies. I ended up explaining this and wanted them to show me when I arrived back. (I'm glad I wasn't caught of guard- I may have agreed - imagine how many others this has been done too!) However once I got back to Holden it was all a misunderstanding - nothing wrong with them. How, can you do that to some one. How can you get it wrong?! You are professionals dealing with the public / car servicing every day. I'd hate for them to intentionally lie or mislead a customer in any way so wrote this review! They didn't even check my spare tyre as my boot was exactly how I packed it. (Did it on purpose) What else didn't they check under the service agreement! You have to wonder at times like these. I'm very disappointed but I'm sure there will be an excuse if there is a reply.

After moving to a new area and with much trepidation given the recent goings on at Holden, I was more than pleasantly surprised with the sheer professionalism of FT Gully Holden when it was time to get my car serviced. Terrible service reception experience this morning with my son's car. Totally sour. Just would not listen! As someone who had done that job myself, albeit many years ago, and has also been dealing with FTG Holden new cars for over 15 years. Was extremely disappointed. One star is for the good guy at spare parts who was patient and helped me with parts required to go up the road to Norm Reynolds service who with no notice helped out dire situation today even though they also were very busy. Norm Reynolds had come highly recommended to me from good friend who had bought & serviced multiple cars over many years, including Holdens.
