Had the same problem six years ago with the aircon and it was topped up with gas which I had told the office so when the tech. arrived I expected him to top it up again but said he couldn't as it was topped up six years ago and then left, as I had already explained the problem and he was only hear 20mins. I didn't expect a $110 bill for doing nothing.

We’ve used TMES a few times over the last 4 years and we have always found their service to be top notch.I was prompted to write this after the last piece of work they did for us. It was a simple job, turned complex due to lack of detail from a builder. Dan went above and beyond to get us a solution that not only worked well, but looked great.Highly recommend. A great asset to the mountain.
