Summit Swim and Aquatic

I have been training at summit a little over 12 months now doing pt sessions with both Serina and Tayla to improve my cardio and strength fitness. The trainers were more than accommodating working around my kids and my busy work schedule and other obligations. I gained knowledge about nutrition while receiving amazing support from the team. The team at Summit is extremely welcoming and provides a comfortable and supportive environment for women to workout. Since completing the challenge I have decided to continue with my personal training to help reach my goals and continue educating myself on health and fitness. Loved the 6 week challenge at Summit! The team are so friendly and Tayla is such a great trainer. She really took the time to make sure I got the most out of the challenge. Great focus on weight training and muscle building. I personally had fantastic results - lost 7kg and 8cm on my waist line in just 6 weeks. Will definitely be continuing my training as the results speak for themselves. Would Highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining one of the challenges or looking to get into the gym.
