Great friendly service, excellent knowledge of our car seat. We had a check done, and yes there was an error when we had installed. So glad we got it checked, I would highly recommend her services for anyone with car seats.

Would recommend everyone gets their car seat checked (or installed) by Lauren. She fixed a couple of little things that I hadn't done correctly and gave me valuable info on how to buckle my son in properly. It's worth it to make sure you know exactly how to install - after all, nothing is more important than our little one's safety. Thanks again Lauren!

Absolutely incredible experience! Lauren went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% sure, happy and comfortable with the seat fittings. She answered every single one of my questions, went out of her way to fit us in to get a quick check on the seats and to buy a new one. I love how best practice is normal practice for her. She knows the laws and facts surrounding seat safety which is reflected in her seat fitting. She turned my 4 year olds seat forward facing and also fitted two different seats for my premature baby and I couldn’t be happier with the installs! She’s very professional, polite, reassuring and doesn’t get upset if you ask 164 different questions. I 100% would recommend her over any other service in the South West.

Lauren did a clean and install of our capsule and did an amazing job of both. She spent the time to explain all the things she was checking for and how to use the features of our capsule. I felt so much better after her install that everything was done properly and she has a comforting manner about her, it is easy to ask questions, she doesn't make you feel silly for not knowing. When bub is big enough for a car seat we will be coming back to have it fitted. Lauren is professional, local and has eftpos!!!!!! - I don't know what more you could want?Update: We had 3 car seats fitted in my car, my husband's car and my MIL car. Lauren explained everything she was doing, she was able to fit all 3 cars in one appointment which was so handy and very much appreciated. We'd highly recommend Lauren and her business to everyone.
