I would never use this company again. After the technician arrived to analyse what the problem was they then forgot to order the part required. They only ordered it after I chased it up 3 weeks later. I can understand mistakes do happen they were very rude throughout the process and took no responsibility. They are not at all professional or pleasant to deal with.

This company responded to my message requiring our dishwasher repair incredibly quickly. They adjusted their schedule for the next day to fit us in. Mark arrived on time and was very informative and professional. It turned out we (well, one of us) had ignored the problem too long and what would have been a relatively simple fix was no longer possible. Mark provided additional support and information to help us decide to repair or buy new. Awesome service.

Great service from booking to servicing. Their technicians really know what they’re doing and have amazing knowledge on different white goods.I recommend anyone who moves into a new house get them out to service stove/oven/dishwasher etc as they’ll improve efficiency and safety and be explain some of the features too (I learnt our oven had self cleaning).

I walked into the business yesterday to speak with someone about attaching a latch to a fridge. The lady behind the counter was so unbelievably rude I was completely taken a back. What do you want me to do I am not a technician". It is sad that someone with this little bedside manner is scaring away potential customers. In the end she told us to leave as there was nothing she was able to do. I know we all have bad days

Went into the shop to get a part. Lady who sat at the furthest computer was unbelievably rude and had little to no knowledge about the items she is selling. I DO NOT recommend this business. Absolutely horrible.

F& P washing machine fault. Great experience from NCA. Made an appointment, service man phoned 30 minutes before arriving to confirm. Quick repair by Glen, who is a pleasant, friendy guy. Repair cost was in line with the estimate & reasonable. Would definetely use again.
