Was new in the area, approached Neil when my Car boot got bogged in the middle of moving . Even though it was not easy to reach it through inside, Neil tried and fixed this in no time. So grateful for the help, and didnt charge me anything even after me insisting to charge for the Job.Great service and so helpful, will recommend to every one.

Been bringing our car here for 5 years. Very knowledgeable owner, and the work is done quickly and very well.Have had comparisons done on pricing for parts/labour in the past, and have been very happy with the competitive pricing. They will also discuss any unanticipated costs with you before performing work, ensuring you don't get a surprise, which I've really appreciated.10/10 can recommend.

Always willing to hear what you have to say and will take the time to give very detailed explanations if you needed. Goes above and beyond. Was happy to spend time with me to help give much needed guidance when looking to upgrade to a new car was needed. ( I couldn't be happier , he helped me know what and where to look, my anxiety I used to have regarding cars have gone. We have been using Neil's for over 10 years, recently had some repairs and a service, price was much better then expected because they found some parts were replaced previously and did them under warranty. I have been servicing my car by Neil and his crew for the last two years. Neil and Jocelyn are such a lovely couple to deal with. Always answers my questions and provide good honest recommendations. They stand by the quality of the service they deliver and I am so happy that my car is in good hands when I leave it for service with these folks. Though it's a bit of drive for me to get there, I am not hesitant to do that since they provide top notch care to your vehicle. Thank you for the great job !

I've been going to Neil's for over 10 years, ONLY PROBLEM I'VE HAD WAS:WHEN NEIL & JOCELYN SOLD & NEVER SENT ME AN EMAIL TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD SOLD THE COMPANY.It's now OWNED/CALLED byCIVO'S same number & everything. Been there three times now. It's not the same as when Neil & Jocelyn owned it but being with them for over 10 years & having the same reliable service over & over again you just get so use to it & expect the same service with the NEW owner, just have to get use to a different service now. STILL NOT HAPPY I DIDNT GET AN EMAIL FROM NEIL & JOCELYN.
