Been seeing Alex fortnightly for around 6 months now to prevent any injures as I am a competitive powerlifter. I highly recommend Alex, he is professional but very approachable and brings a great energy and approach to his work. He is excellent at what he does, cannot fault him in any way. I have been going to Alex, on and off for a few years now with various issues such as bursitis of the hip, tennis elbow and on-going back issues.I find Alex has a positive and realistic approach to healing, and answers any questions (no matter how dumb I think they sound!). Alex Chappell Remedial Massage
Brilliant! When I first saw Alex I couldn't lift the toes on my left foot, my left calf was numb ( nerve trapped? )amongst other muscular pain. Eight or so visits later, I can lift my toes, all feelings have returned and through this therapy, Alex also taught me stretches that will help strengthen the areas avoiding injuries in the future. I must say, when he works a 'sweet' spot , feels amazing.
