The staff is not accomodating

This was my third visit to H Nails. I usually only get a pedicure but yesterday also did SNS.The consistency of this place is great! Each visit is as good as the next!Book an appointment and they are ready for you when you book!Clean and tidy and the ladies are friendly!My nails look natural, they do the job with care and I highly recommend!

Came here because of 5 star rating but it's totally dissappointing. Poor customer service. Starting from phone call the staff is not friendly and can't give direction properly. When I came in, the staff is just looking at the phone and ask another staff to service. There are 2 staffs in the shop but no warm welcome, saying Hi or even smile to me. The staff who did the pedicure also not looking at my face. Doing pedicure here is like waste of money. Not worth at all because it's like no different. Can see there are double standard service. Maybe just give a good service to Aussie people. Not recommended to come here.

Would rate 0 stars if I could.Made me wait for over 25 minutes. And then didn’t cut my nails when I asked so I told her that I could do it.Ended up cutting my own nails to which she then came back to begin and said “oh! It’s too short for the tips now!”Very rude, very passive aggressive and I felt super uncomfortable with her helper staring at me the entire time.0 stars and 0 customer service. DO NOT recommend!
