The pharmacist is really nice and always supportive, I needed to declared an offical document urgently today, however, I was declined by a pharmacist in chemist with no reason. A Chinese pharmacist in Amcal just kindly help me with that. Really appreciate and recommend this pharmacy for my friends as staff are so helpful

Weirdly unhelpful staff who questioned why we needed a certain harmless baby product as if we were asking for hardcore drugs. Walked away very dissatisfied and won't be returning.

Got sent here by another pharmacy to get a script filled. Initially I thought it as going to be a terrible experience, everyone working there was rude and generally seemed to be hating life. One woman in particular whose name I don't know, was especially so. She could not have cared less that the medication I needed immediately wasn't available - probably learn a bit of compassion given the nature of the work you're doing. I was then served by Richard, who although seemed a bit abrupt at first, was super helpful and friendly in the end. It's a shame that not all the staff working there are like that as if it hadn't been for Richard I just felt like I was inconveniencing the lot of them.

Sales assistants should not be giving unprompted Pharmacy advice, especially for private matters. Visited 11/3/23 at 1500hrs.

I attended this pharmacy on Wednesday night with a complex order.Firstly the security at this pharmacy is great as they control entry after hours so people don't come in intoxicated or causing issues.I felt bad about taking their time but a fantastic young woman came over and assisted me greatly. Nothing was a task and she had some great suggestions. She explained how the repeats work etc. I honestly can not find a word to describe how exceptional she was!Also working was a really great bloke who again polite and just friendly. I actually for the first time felt like I was welcome in a business here in Darwin. Again just great interpersonal skills by all who work in this pharmacy.It wasn't a rushed environment or overcrowded as some pharmacies here are like walking through Monsoons Bar at 2am (just too crowded no where to move)As my order was a tricky one I was there for a little while and noticed every person who entered the store got the same great customer service regardless of how busy it got or the questions they had. It's rare to see people smile in a doctors surgery or pharmacy but literally people were actually happy in there.The products provided were of a high standard and extremely well priced.There is ample parking and it's well lit at night so a great spot if you have mobility issues or maybe small children with you.I live a distance away from this pharmacy but I will be more than happy to keep going back because of it's great workers who I will proudly support their on going employment.Again great store, great people, highly recommended

so expensive! I won't be back that's for sure. out of convenience I bought my pills from here instead of chemist warehouse where I usually get all my medication. it cost me double here than it usually is. I get these meds every month for $11.99 at chemist warehouse and here it cost me a crazy $21.99 ridiculous!

I went into this pharmacy to buy scalp lotion, I wasn’t too sure if it was the one my sister needed or not so I politely asked the front counter what their return policy was… The white man with glasses on, white/grey hair, he was an older man - asked me, with an idiotic, appalled, look on his face ‘What do you mean, what are you talking about?’ I replied and said your return policy, if it’s not the right lotion, or if it’s in another chemist for a different price’ and his rude response was ‘Go to another chemist first’ he had such a rude tone of voice and seemed so angry at me for asking a valid, normal, customer question… He then didn’t serve me and a young lady served me and scanned my items…I am very soft spoken and polite. Every store has a return policy and if they don’t, it’s okay to ask and be told they don’t have one... I just asked a simple question and was treated like an idiot…
