Sudha from Civil and Infrastructural Solutions provided invaluable pre-purchase guidance on a rocky, highly reactive site.We had previously received a perplexing report from the builder, which had left us with many unanswered issues (with an outcome recommendation of very high site costs for rock removal, reactivity of the soil in site etc).Sudha's advise was full with solutions. I highly recommend CIS Engineers because the advice was very specific and Sudha went above and beyond to assist me. I'd give it more stars if I could. We felt more at ease negotiating the type and size of house we wanted to build with the builder.In the future, I will undoubtedly work with CIS Engineers on any civil-related projects.
