I have been renting through abode for a few months now, I have found the entire staff to be exceptional. They have a real desire to help you. I have had a few routine issues with the house and each and every time the team have been fantastic at keeping be updated on progress of the repair process. Was a renter for 3 years with Abode agents. If you want to rent avoid them as they are money-centric, rude and unprofessional. I just delayed paying $300 as we were busy in hospital with our new born baby and they went to tribunal. Playing such a low act!

The rental agency of Abode Agent at KellyVille is excellent place to handover your property for rent and ongoing supports; specially when you interact with Amanda Taket, Senior Agent, she listens and help with suggestions to address any issues. I have some time faced problem with some young /Trainee staff but when I took it to Amanda, she came with all the help. You don't need to go to Tony with any issue. I would recommend the agency for your rental & other break estate needs.

Attended the property at B1014/299 Old Northern Road on 03/06/2023 for an advertised open home (12.30-1). Waited the full 30 minutes and no agent has shown up. We have attempted to call both the office phone and mobile number multiple times but have been unsuccessful. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing as we have now missed 2 inspections for other properties today whilst waiting for this one. Moving forward we will be steering clear of any properties/inspections managed by Adobe Agents Kellyville.

Abode Kellyville aim for quantity of stock.Amanda and Tony come across well and I believe they would likely do better than what turned out here but they're unfortunately not the ones who manage" / inspect your property.Things that were wrong at the exit condition report and given the ok by Abode include undercharging rent
