Emerald Hills has been a fantastic facility! As someone who never liked working out, the staff has made me feel very welcome and the equipment is super clean and easy to use and access. Highly recommend the gym, and the PT they have!

Easily the best gym I’ve been to. The staff are amazing. Love the family feel of the place. Always welcoming and helpful. Worked out here throughout my whole pregnancy and felt safe to do so with the support of the staff. The gym is always super clean, organised and spacious. Love all the ‘easy to use’ gym equipment with plenty of weights to go around.Also has a functional training area so therefore has everything to cover variety of workouts.It has plenty of car park outside as well as a supermarket, restaurants, nail salon etc. I highly recommend this gym to anyone lookingfor an awesome place to train

very rude staff and ill-informed, i joined the gym with my son recently and now i was told about do's and don'ts. senseless to pay for an entry card $30 (non refundable) per member-ridiculous.i would not recommend to anyone to go therevery old type Emerald Hills outletneeds over haul or refurbishmentit is 2022 that place looks from the stone age.no star would be better but it does not work i guess

Super clean, great equipment and friendly, awesome staff! Love coming in here knowing i am looked after and cared for! The equipment is really good and have a great range to workout with! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great facility to workout at :)

it's a ok gym, but i feel like the personal trainers there are bit intimidating, i get a sense of vibe that they are judging others especially those who are new to the gym, most of the times i see them just standing around chatting to each other. It doesn't seem like their focus is on their client.

Such a great facility! Amazing equipment, most helpful staff who care about you and your wellbeing. The manager always walks around and has a chat to ensure everything is good! Would truly recommend to anyone looking for a great gym to workout at! Always love walking into such a clean and well looked after environment! Provide pretty much everything to assist in your workouts and also offer classes which is so beneficial! So happy to be a member here at Emerald Hills.

Very hard to get in contact with them when I wanted to cancel my membership. Tried calling but goes straight to voicemail everytime and no response to my emails. Still getting charged for my membership and unable to go into the gym in person to cancel as I have moved to another state. A lady I knew who was one of the personal trainers told me that was the only way I could cancel is to go in.Wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone and wouldn’t sign up again in the future

Great little gym and close to home. Can get busy at times but I can still get a good workout. Staff are helpful too.
