Highly recommended! I work for a lift company and we urgently required overnight freight from Brisbane to Bundaberg, both administrators in Brisbane whilst making the booking and Bundaberg whilst arranging pick up have been so helpful and efficient! I called yesterday mid morning and the pick up driver arrived with in a few hours and then as promised our parcel arrived 7am in Bundaberg today. After years of using one of the major courier companies and being regularly disappointed with their customer service/delays. I can't thank Bundy Bullet enough for assisting us with this urgent package and we look forward to using them as our freight provider for future jobs. Thank you again!

Customer service representative was very rude

Worst experience ever. Called to send a package was told to go to website to email to get quote, then couldn’t place order without setting up an account, then couldn’t set up an account in time to send our parcel. Most rude customer service ever. Avoid this business at all costs.

There are plenty of good businesses using the Bundy name and doing Queensland proud - sadly this Mob" is not one of them!Warehouse staff are fantastic - management and customer service staff have to be some of the worst I have ever come across!If someone walked into our business with Bundy Bullet as a reference

Can’t speak for their services but not a good look to witness one of their drivers purposely run someone off the road. No response from the company when informed about the incident.
