OUTSTANDING FRIENDLY 5-STAR SERVICE!Maxine, Grant and Damien were all unbelievably amazing to deal with! Remondis should be proud of these outstanding employees!I dealt with the Unanderra office. Maxine is very professional and extremely efficient with the booking and operations side of things. Grant and Damien were absolute gentlemen when they came to the site to clean out the septic tanks! Loading scrapped garbage bins.

Completely hopeless i saw truck no 5 pick up my rubbish when it fell on the ground i pointed for him to pick it up he just waved and left.Not the first time to do this too.Put in a Complaint!

PLEASE DON’T SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANYLike many others, I had the worst experience with this company. After I called up and send email giving them the required notice period to terminate the contract, the account manager called me to ask why I’m leaving and tried to convince me to stay with them, when I refused, she became rude and hung up on me and refused to terminate the account, the bills kept coming despite multiple calls and emails. Their accounts department just a mess, they won’t cancel unless authorised by the account manager. The account manager never ever answered her phone after that. Horrible service. Plus their drivers routinely take the bins with the rubbish and refuse to admit until we finally got him on cctv cameras. Also they add extra bin services to your bill, and as a business owner you just don’t have time to go through the account statement checking number of bins emptied each month, especially if you have more than 1 bin.Does NOT matter what discounts they offer, just show them the door.

PLEASE stop sending trucks out in the wee hours of the morning to garbage disposal sites that are so darn close to residential areas it disrupts everyone’s sleep (specifically the PARQ residences) from all the banging of the bins and loud shouting. We’ve made MULTIPLE complaints and the trucks don’t stop coming before 6am. I work shift work and would really appreciate not being rudely woken up all the time.

Useless Business - Sending us Invoices and were not even picking up our BINS 7 years I was a Customer.Disgrace of a Company not even a courtesy call or email from any manager. DO NOT USE THEM CALL other Companies for a Quote.
