I went in to the wrong shop to look at a Ride-On that I had been researching online, and boy am I glad I did. I got to speak to a female who understood my situation and really helped me out. I am so grateful for the level of understanding and customer service, nothing was too much trouble. They made sure the mower would be able to handle my terrain before they sold it to me. I have phoned a few times for assistance and information given is always thorough.
