Ultra Tune Hervey Bay Urangan

Great service! Their whole team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our car broke down while we were on a road trip in Hervey bay and the team couldn't have been more supportive. Communication was great and we even got a courtesy car while they were inspecting our car. Highly recommend!

How do you rate a place where the people (all) go out of thier way to help. Some of the best car service issue I have ever experienced. I am moving to the bay and have found my car care place.

Ever since I moved to Hervey Bay they have serviced my Isuzu. Always helpful, great servicing, great advice and follow up work.

A big thanks to ultra tune Urangan for taking full responsibility of a major mishap in there work shop which left me with a damaged gearbox in my motorhome...I believe they did everything in there power to have it replaced with a new rebuilt gearbox as soon as possible...due to all red tape processing there insurance claim which took several weeks to be approved then 5 more weeks to book in to be repaired in Brisbane then 3 weeks to get gearbox rebuilt then another 3 weeks to put it back together and another 10 days to get tow truck to pick it up who dropped my motorhome on there tilt tray and damage my front panels MJK towing who are refusing to fix it so I have to take them to court...and as everyone is booked out weeks ahead I finally got my motorhome back with a new gearbox... It's taken almost 6 months and it's good to know that there still honest companies out there like ultra tune who take full responsibility for mishaps that happened in there shop.unlike MJK towing.....as many businesses would do whatever they can to get out of a bill ..like MJK Ttowing is doing now.....thanks again my family and I can enjoy our holidays again....Atleast it's usable now while I take MJK towing to court to sue them to fix what they broke ...

Broke down in Fraser Island, got towed to ultra tune in urangan after trying to fix the issue ourselves. Super handy mechanics and very understanding! Even had the chance to continue to live in our car whilst they were figuring out what was wrong with it. :)) All in all really good customer service!

This mechanical business was perfect. I phoned several other mechanical businesses to get my aircon regassed and fixed.All had huge waiting lists, come back in 5 months. However, I had been told ULTRATUNE, was very expensive. So, I held off with phoning them. Finally, after a couple of weeks of cooking in my ute, I called them. They very kindly slotted my vehicle in early. I asked for a quote, I was happy with the cost. The staff, are amazing. Friendly, efficient, delivered me home to await the repairs. The staff, made me feel comfortable. The office and delivery vehicle are immaculate, for my convenience. I have the highest regard for this enterprise. The went way beyond what they were supposed to do and were empathetic to my needs for a low income customer. From the moment I walked through the door to when I collected my vehicle, I was treated with utmost respect.The young man who collected me after the job was done even topped up my brake fluid which he did not have to do, but did so anyway.Very easy to recommend a company with this type of integrity.Thank you.
