Of the Robins shops in Cairns Smithfield has the friendliest staff (in my own personal experiences), always seems to be clean, organised, lots and lots of stock, always new and different kitchen bits and pieces.I don't like the everyday or Recommend Retail Price" BUTone of the stores is always in full sale mode if you really need something.If you keep an eye out for the item you want like a diamond knife sharpening steel

as another person said.... very rude older lady..... this place is always on sale.... what a con...... be very aware you are paying normal price for everything...... fake sales should be banned.....

Bought a coffee tamper yesterday and found it to be the wrong diameter. Took it back and they didn't have any others. I asked for a refund and was told they don't refund for change of mind. I will never deal with Robins Kitchen again.

The store manager is fantastic. Went out of her way to help me find the perfect appliance. Definitely recommend. Friendly service & great attitude

Terrible and rude service by the older lady behind counter. Advised they don’t accept cash, when I asked why she said the bank had moved, buy it or not. Walked out on principle. No wonder they are struggling and always have sales on to attract customers. Very poorly managed store

The manager was rude, condescending and insulting when we returned a faulty product. We had to return to the store 3 times to get a replacement.I'll never consider buying anything from these stores again.
