Very fresh salmon. You can ask them to skin and cut them for you. Makes very nice sashimi.

I asked for salmon eggs over $30 in a tiny jar and 2 female staff said yes they got some but they sold me Tobikko (Flying fish eggs).Please be honest if you don't have them.
