Was stranded after a long day at work with a dead battery. Someone recommended this place to me, so I called 4 times and received no response. Ended up using another provider. At least have some kind of voicemail service if you can’t answer the phone? People calling are obviously going to be in need of assistance ASAP.

Bought a battery in January at Marshall Battery Miami. It came with a 3 year warranty. Two months later in March my battery died. Roadside assistance gave me a jump and tested the battery, they said the cell was bad and I needed a new battery. Somehow when Marshall tested my battery it showed that the cell was good and said there must be something else wrong with my car. I left my car with my mechanic for two days trying to find a problem other than the battery. He couldn’t start my car with my Marshall battery but when he put a different battery in it ran fine. In the end, I had to buy a new battery (NOT a Marshall of course!) and they refused to honour the warranty.
