Turkish Delights Bakery
You can find their bread at many restaurants and supermarkets (i.e. Foodland) around Adelaide. I've been impressed with the bread's consistently high quality over the multiple years I've eaten it. It makes a regular appearance in my household and I love eating it fresh as a base for a sandwich or toasting it in strips accompanied with some dip.

The pizza base I bought from them was looking good, but not tasty at all, it was smelled like medicine, I have no idea why.
