Sunteca's salesperson, Bryn visited my investment property after a tenant had damaged beyond repair an old awning system. After getting in touch by phone and email, I was immediately impressed with Bryn's knowledge, advice and customer service. I sent photos in advance and he took time to review these and provide product and install ideas even before the first visit. Once we met on site, he spent a lot of time measuring up, discussing options, making sure things would fit neatly and making notes for the installer to ensure everything would be perfectly installed. Since I had an older system, he advised me on the options for replacing this as is, or upgrading to the better system that I ended up choosing. In my home I wanted the perfect blend of open air and light when required but complete protection from the heat or rain during the extremes of summer and winter. It also needed to be foolproof for tenants, so that even if left out, the system would be fully wind and rain rated for storms. Based on Bryn's expert advice I was confident that the HelioScreen Retractable Roof system was not only perfect for my property but would add significant value for tenants and to the property. Bryn topped things off by helping choose colours for the aluminium supports, gutter and downpipes and also the fabric to perfectly match the existing colorbond and painted wall. Being an investment property it was reassuring to know that the installation was going to be in professional hands and that I was guaranteed a successful project. At the end of the project I super impressed with the work, and the new roof system has made a major improvement to the aesthetics and function of the home. Well done!
